You must enable client-side scripting.

1. Click on "Tools"
2. Click on "Internet Options"
3. Click on the "Security" tab
   
4. Click on the "Custom Level" button
5. Click on scroll down the list of settings until you see "Active Scripting"
6. Set "Active Scripting" to "Enabled"
   
7. Refresh the page using the refresh button on your browser or the "F5" button on your keyboard.
